Quick and easy birthday cards created for Chocolate Baroque

Good morning. Today I am sharing a set of quick and easy cards using lovely floral single stamps from Chocolate Baroque.

Materials:

• Palm Fan Silhouette Baroque Ornament, Daisy Centre Flowerhead, Mesh Centre Flowerhead and Mackintosh Sentiments stamps
• A6 white card blanks
• Versamark Inkpad
• Mica Boss heat embossing powder
• Mixed colour gilding flakes (silver, gold, copper)

How to make them:

Stamp the images with Versamark and heat emboss with Mica Boss powder. Take care not to overheat as it melts very quickly. The embossed image remains sticky allowing you to apply gilding flakes, transfer foils or mica powders etc. I used mixed coloured gilding flakes for these.

You could take them a step further by colouring with water based media – the embossed areas will resist the colour.
