Yellow Rose and Shoes card

Good morning. A quick share of a card made for a friend. She loves yellow roses and shoes – so this is what I came up with.

It is an 8 X 8 inch fold back card. A 6 X 6 inch half square was cut into the right hand side and the half frame folded back to create the shaped card.

I used various dies to cut decorative panels, hearts, sprigs and a 3D floral embellishment.

I used a printed yellow rose paper on the inside panel – stamped with sentiment and inked the edges to coordinate with the card front.

 

I was a bit worried about this one as I had to rush it a bit – leaving it until the last minute. Thankfully she loved it.
