Finished my third chunky knit peplum jumper

I love the knitting pattern for this chunky lace top jumper with peplum (digital download from Deramores). It’s a fairly quick knit on 6mm needles too.

The pattern was designed to be knitted in Deramores Vintage Chunky but I used Rico Melange Chunky and Marriners Chunky.

This one is my third colourway using Marriner Empress Chunky (colour: Atlantic).

AW Marriner Peplum

I also used up a leftover ball of the Rico Melange – knitting and blending it into a subtle striped band across the top of the chest and sleeves.

AW Peplum Yarns

The yellow, grey blue colourway (below) was my second colourway, knitted in Rico Melange. It was the leftover yarn from this one that I blended into the version above. I omitted using any of the yarn lengths with yellow colour – the blues, purples and grey blended in nicely.

Below is the first version I knitted in Rico Melange Glitz. Think that I will combine all the remaining leftovers and knit myself a scarf. Alternatively perhaps I will crochet a range of flowers to cover a plain bag?

The pattern was designed to be knitted in Deramores Vintage Chunky but I used Rico Melange Chunky. I am also making yet another one in a different yarn from Marriners. Will share soon.
